Angiokeratoma of Mibelli is an uncommon disorder which typically presents between the ages of 10 and 15 years with the development of angiokeratomata on the dorsal and lateral aspects of fingers and toes; it may also involve the dorsal surfaces of the hands and feet. It is commonly associated with acrocyanosis and chilblains, suggesting that cold injury is important in the aetiology. It is inherited as an autosomal dominant trait with highly variable penetrance, affecting girls more than boys.
