Miliária profunda ocorre devido a ruptura de ductos sudoríparos écrinos no nível ou abaixo da junção dermo-epidérmica. Quase sempre é subsequente a crises repetidas de miliária rubra e ocorre mais comumente nos trópicos. Manifesta-se como múltiplas pequenas pápulas pálidas firmes assintomáticas localizadas tipicamente no tronco, mas às vezes também nos membros. | |||||||||||||||

It nearly always follows repeated attacks of miliaria rubra and occurs most commonly in the tropics.
