Esta é a forma mais comum de poroqueratose disseminada e é muitas vezes referida pela sigla DSAP. As características clínicas e histológicas são essencialmente as mesmas observadas na poroqueratose superficial disseminada, mas a distribuição é limitada à pele cronicamente exposta ao sol, particularmente da parte inferior das pernas e extensora dos antebraços. This is the most common form of disseminated porokeratosis and is often referred to by the acronym DSAP. The clinical and histological features are essentially the same as seen in disseminated superficial porokeratosis but the distribution is limited to chronically sun-exposed skin, particularly of the lower legs and extensor forearms.
