Condição ocular em que a íris adere à córnea (ou seja, sinéquia anterior) ou ao cristalino (ou seja, sinéquia posterior). As sinéquias podem ser causadas por traumatismo ocular, irite ou iridociclite e podem levar a determinados tipos de glaucoma.
