A aftose genital em homens é uma ulceração não infecciosa, mas frequentemente dolorosa, da pele peniana, escrotal ou perigenital. Pode estar associada a ulceração oral (aftose orogenital) ou à doença de Behçet, mas pode ocorrer de forma isolada. Tanto a aftose genital quanto a orogenital podem representar formas frustras da doença de Behçet.

Genital aphthosis in men is a non-infective but often painful ulceration of penile, scrotal or perigenital skin. It may be associated with oral ulceration (orogenital aphthosis) or with Behçet disease but may occur on its own. Both genital and orogenital aphthosis may represent formes frustes of Behçet disease.
