A síndrome relacionada a IgG4 (doença relacionada a IgG4: IgG4-RD) é uma doença clínica caracterizada por concentração sérica elevada de IgG4 e tumefação ou infiltração tecidual por plasmócitos IgG4 positivas. Os critérios diagnósticos para a síndrome relacionada à IgG4 foram propostos e podem estar presentes em uma determinada população de pacientes com uma ampla variedade de doenças, incluindo doença de Mikulicz, pancreatite autoimune, hipofisite, tireoidite de Riedel, pneumonite intersticial, nefrite intersticial, prostatite, linfadenopatia , fibrose retroperitoneal, aneurisma inflamatório da aorta e pseudotumor inflamatório. | |||||||||||||||
