Vasculite em artérias ou veias de qualquer tamanho em um único órgão que não tenha características que indiquem que se trata de uma expressão limitada de uma vasculite sistêmica. O órgão envolvido e o tipo de vaso devem ser incluídos no nome (p. ex., VVS cutânea, arterite testicular, vasculite do sistema nervoso central). A distribuição da vasculite pode ser unifocal ou multifocal (difusa) dentro de um órgão. Alguns pacientes originalmente diagnosticados com vasculite de um único órgão desenvolverão manifestações adicionais da doença que justificam a redefinição do caso como uma das vasculites sistêmicas (p. ex., arterite cutânea tornando-se poliarterite nodosa sistêmica, etc.). | |||||||||||||||
