Dermatose pustulosa erosiva do couro cabeludo é um transtorno distintivo do couro cabeludo dos idosos, caracterizada pelo desenvolvimento de pústulas, erosões e crostas estéreis em áreas de pele do couro cabeludo cronicamente danificadas pelo sol. Traumatismo local também pode desempenhar um papel etiológico. Normalmente responde a corticosteroides tópicos de alta potência.
