A morfeia linear é uma forma de morfeia que geralmente se apresenta na infância ou adolescência e geralmente é unilateral, afetando um membro com um endurecimento linear da pele, subcutâneo e ocasionalmente músculos e ossos subjacentes. Também pode afetar o couro cabeludo e a fronte ("em golpe de sabre") produzindo uma cicatriz deprimida semelhante a uma ferida de sabre cicatrizada, com esclerose da pele e alopecia do couro cabeludo afetado.

Linear morphoea is a form of morphoea which usually presents in childhood or adolescence and is usually unilateral, affecting a limb with a linear induration of skin, subcutis and occasionally underlying muscle and bone. It may also affect the scalp and forehead ("en coup de sabre") producing a depressed scar likened to a healed sabre wound, with sclerosis of the skin and alopecia of affected scalp.
