+Eritema multiforme é uma dermatose inflamatória reativa autolimitada desencadeada por hipersensibilidade mediada por células, mais comumente a drogas ou infecções, particularmente Herpes simplex. Caracteriza-se por erupção de máculas, pápulas, nódulos, vesículas e/ou bolhas acometendo preferencialmente as faces dorsais de mãos e antebraços. Também pode envolver mucosas orais e genitais.
