+Penfigoide bolhoso é a doença bolhosa autoimune mais comum no mundo ocidental. Afeta principalmente os idosos e tipicamente se apresenta com um eritema urticado pruriginoso que evolui para uma erupção generalizada de bolhas tensas intactas. Às vezes pode envolver mucosas. É caracterizada por anticorpos IgG contra a zona da membrana basal, levando a fendas subepidérmicas que se manifestam clinicamente como bolhas.
