Suberose, também conhecida como doença do manipulador de cortiça ou doença do trabalhador de cortiça, é um tipo de pneumonite de hipersensibilidade usualmente causada pelo fungo Penicillium glabrum (anteriormente denominado Penicillium frequentans) após exposição ao pó de cortiça. Chrysonilia sitophilia, Aspergillus furmigatus, poeira de cortiça não contaminada e Mucor mucedo podem também ter papel significativo na patogênese da doença.

Suberosis also known as corkhandler disease or corkworker lung is a type of hypersensitivity pneumonitis usually caused by the fungus Penicillium glabrum (formerly called Penicillium frequentans) from exposure to moldy cork dust. Chrysonilia sitophila, Aspergillus fumigatus, uncontaminated cork dust, and Mucor macedo may also have significant roles in the pathogenesis of the disease.
