Sintomas típicos incluem dispneia, tosse, cansaço, dores de cabeça e febre/sudorese noturna ocasionais, com curso clínico agudo, subagudo ou crônico e que podem resultar em insuficiência crônica com doença granulomatosa. | |||||||||||||||
