Doença do sistema pulmonar, causada por uma infecção pela bactéria gram-negativa Chlamydia pneumoniae. Essa doença comumente se apresenta com um início gradual de tosse e febre baixa. Também pode se manifestar com faringite, laringite e sinusite. A transmissão ocorre por inalação de secreções respiratórias infectadas. This disease may also present with pharyngitis, laryngitis, and sinusitis. Transmission is by inhalation of infected respiratory secretions.
