Angioceratomas são lesões vasculares adquiridas que resultam da dilatação ectásica de vasos preexistentes na derme papilar, acompanhada de epiderme hiperceratótica. Existem muitas variantes clínicas: angioceratoma solitário papuloso, angioceratoma corporis difusum, angioceratoma de Mibelli e angioceratoma de Fordyce, entre os quais o último, em que as lesões se localizam na vulva ou escroto, é o mais comum. | |||||||||||||||

Angiokeratomas are acquired vascular lesions that result from the ectatic dilatation of pre-existing vessels in the papillary dermis, accompanied by hyperkeratotic epidermis.
