+Glaucoma secundário de ângulo fechado neovascular é uma condição frequente em que uma membrana neovascular oclui e fecha o ângulo da câmara anterior por contração fibrovascular, levando à elevação da pressão intraocular e subsequente dano ao nervo óptico. A neovascularização pode ser devida a oclusão venosa retiniana, retinopatia diabética, isquemia ocular, descolamento de retina de longa data e outras condições isquêmicas do olho.
