A síndrome de dor regional complexa (SDCR) é uma condição de dor crônica em uma extremidade com curso variável ao longo do tempo. É caracterizada por dor regional contínua (não em um território nervoso ou dermátomo específico), geralmente com predominância distal ou gradiente distal para proximal. Geralmente surge após trauma de tecido e é aparentemente desproporcional em magnitude ou duração ao curso normal da dor após esse trauma de tecido._x000D_ _x000D_ A SDCR é caracterizada por sinais que indicam alterações autonômicas e neuroinflamatórias na região corporal afetada, variando entre os pacientes e ao longo do tempo. It typically arises after tissue trauma and is seemingly disproportionate in magnitude or duration to the usual course of pain after such tissue trauma. CRPS is characterized by signs indicating autonomic and neuro-inflammatory changes in the affected body region varying between patients and over time.
