Transtorno doloroso à penetração sexual é caracterizado por pelo menos um dos seguintes sintomas: 1) dificuldades acentuadas e persistentes ou recorrentes com a penetração, inclusive devido a contração ou tensão involuntária dos músculos do assoalho pélvico durante a tentativa de penetração; 2) dor vulvovaginal ou pélvica acentuada e persistente ou recorrente durante a penetração; _x000D_ 3) medo ou ansiedade acentuadas e persistentes ou recorrentes da dor vulvovaginal ou pélvica em antecipação, durante ou como resultado da penetração. Os sintomas são recorrentes durante interações sexuais envolvendo ou potencialmente envolvendo penetração, apesar do desejo e estimulação sexual adequados. Não são inteiramente atribuíveis a uma condição clínica que afete adversamente a área pélvica e resulte em dor genital e/ou penetrativa ou a um transtorno mental. The symptoms are recurrent during sexual interactions involving or potentially involving penetration, despite adequate sexual desire and stimulation, are not entirely attributable to a medical condition that adversely affects the pelvic area and results in genital and/or penetrative pain or to a mental disorder, are not entirely attributable to insufficient vaginal lubrication or post-menopausal/age-related changes, and are associated with clinically significant distress. | |||||||||||||||
