Transtorno de sintoma neurológico dissociativo, com parkinsonismo é caracterizado por uma apresentação sintomática de uma síndrome semelhante ao Parkinson na ausência de doença de Parkinson confirmada, que não ocorre exclusivamente durante outro transtorno mental, comportamental ou do neurodesenvolvimento, outra condição médica ou outro transtorno dissociativo. O de sintoma neurológico dissociativo, com parkinsonismo pode ser diferenciado da doença de Parkinson por características como início abrupto, incapacidade precoce, tremor e lentidão bilaterais, lentidão não decremental ao realizar movimentos repetitivos, resistência voluntária contra movimento passivo sem rigidez da roda dentada, distratibilidade, fraqueza do tipo colapsante, fala dislálica, marcha bizarra e uma variedade de sintomas comportamentais. | |||||||||||||||
