Padrão de uso episódico ou intermitente de uma substância ou medicamento psicoativos especificados que não estejam incluídos nas outras classes de substâncias identificadas especificamente nos transtornos por uso de substâncias, que tenha causado dano a saúde física ou mental do indivíduo, ou tenha resultado em comportamento que levou a dano à saúde de terceiros. O padrão de uso episódico da substância é evidente ao longo de um período de pelo menos 12 meses. O dano à saúde do indivíduo ocorre devido a um ou mais dos seguintes fatores: (1) comportamento relacionado à intoxicação; (2) efeitos tóxicos diretos ou secundários sobre órgãos e sistemas corporais; ou (3) uma via de administração perigosa. Dano à saúde de terceiros inclui qualquer forma de dano físico, incluindo traumatismo, ou transtorno mental que seja diretamente atribuível ao comportamento relacionado à intoxicação pela substância ou medicamento especificado por parte da pessoa a quem o diagnóstico de padrão de uso nocivo de outra substância psicoativa especificada se aplica. | |||||||||||||||

A pattern of episodic or intermittent use of a specified psychoactive substance or medication that is not included in the other substance classes specifically identified under Disorders Due to Substance Abuse that has caused damage to a person’s physical or mental health or has resulted in behaviour leading to harm to the health of others. The pattern of episodic substance use is evident over a period of at least 12 months. Harm to health of the individual occurs due to one or more of the following: (1) behaviour related to intoxication; (2) direct or secondary toxic effects on body organs and systems; or (3) a harmful route of administration. Harm to health of others includes any form of physical harm, including trauma, or mental disorder that is directly attributable to behaviour related to intoxication due to the specified substance or medication on the part of the person to whom the diagnosis of Harmful pattern of use of other specified psychoactive substance applies. | |||||||||||||||

A pattern of episodic or intermittent use of a specified psychoactive substance or medication that is not included in the other substance classes specifically identified under Disorders Due to Substance Abuse that has caused damage to a person’s physical or mental health or has resulted in behaviour leading to harm to the health of others. The pattern of episodic substance use is evident over a period of at least 12 months.
