Padrão de uso de estimulantes, incluindo anfetaminas, metanfetamina e metcatinona, mas excluindo a cafeína, cocaína e catinonas sintéticas, que tenha causado dano a saúde física ou mental do indivíduo, ou tenha resultado em comportamento que levou a dano à saúde de terceiros. O padrão de uso de estimulantes é evidente ao longo de um período de pelo menos 12 meses se o uso da substância for episódico, ou pelo menos um mês se o uso for contínuo (ou seja, diário ou quase diário). O dano à saúde do indivíduo ocorre devido a um ou mais dos seguintes fatores: (1) comportamento relacionado à intoxicação; (2) efeitos tóxicos diretos ou secundários sobre órgãos e sistemas corporais; ou (3) uma via de administração perigosa. A pattern of use of stimulants including amphetamines, methamphetamine and methcathinone but excluding caffeine, cocaine and synthetic cathinones that has caused damage to a person’s physical or mental health or has resulted in behaviour leading to harm to the health of others. The pattern of stimulant use is evident over a period of at least 12 months if substance use is episodic or at least one month if use is continuous. Harm to health of the individual occurs due to one or more of the following: (1) behaviour related to intoxication; (2) direct or secondary toxic effects on body organs and systems; or (3) a harmful route of administration. Harm to health of others includes any form of physical harm, including trauma, or mental disorder that is directly attributable to behaviour related to stimulant intoxication on the part of the person to whom the diagnosis of Harmful pattern of use of stimulants including amphetamines, methamphetamine and methcathinone applies.

A pattern of use of stimulants including amphetamines, methamphetamine and methcathinone but excluding caffeine, cocaine and synthetic cathinones that has caused damage to a person’s physical or mental health or has resulted in behaviour leading to harm to the health of others. The pattern of stimulant use is evident over a period of at least 12 months if substance use is episodic or at least one month if use is continuous. Harm to health of the individual occurs due to one or more of the following: (1) behaviour related to intoxication; (2) direct or secondary toxic effects on body organs and systems; or (3) a harmful route of administration.
