Apesar de a doença de pequenos vasos limitada à pele ser a forma mais comum, o envolvimento de vasos sanguíneos em vitualmente qualquer órgão pode ocorrer. Although small vessel disease limited to the skin is the most common form, involvement of blood vessels in virtually every organ system may occur.
