Anemias diseritropoiéticas congênitas (ADC) resultam de diversos transtornos eritropoiéticos; eles levam a uma produção defeituosa de glóbulos vermelhos (GV) e, frequentemente, a hemólise leve, o que confirma um defeito qualitativo desses GV liberados na circulação.
