+Neoplasia bifásica geralmente unilateral, benigna e bem circunscrita que se origina da mama. Geralmente afeta mulheres de meia-idade. É caracterizada pela presença de uma dupla camada de células epiteliais dispostas em fendas, circundadas por um componente mesenquimal celular fusiforme monomórfico. Mitoses são raras. Alterações necróticas podem estar presentes em tumores grandes.

It is characterised by the presence of a double layer of epithelial cells that are arranged in clefts, surrounded by a cellular, monomorphic spindle cell mesenchymal component. Mitoses are rare. Necrotic changes may be present in large tumours.

A usually unilateral, benign and well circumscribed biphasic neoplasm that arises from the breast. It usually affects middle-aged women. It is characterised by the presence of a double layer of epithelial cells that are arranged in clefts, surrounded by a cellular, monomorphic spindle cell mesenchymal component. Mitoses are rare. Necrotic changes may be present in large tumours.
