+Lesões solitárias ou múltiplas, levemente elevadas, pigmentadas e com bordas irregulares, geralmente medindo mais de 0,6 cm na maior dimensão. Morfologicamente, há atipia melanocítica e o diagnóstico diferencial com melanoma pode ser difícil. Os pacientes apresentam risco aumentado de desenvolver melanoma.
