Linfoma cutâneo primário de células B agressivo, usualmente envolvendo a parte inferior da perna. É composto por uma proliferação geralmente monótona de imunoblastos, ou menos frequentemente centroblastos, com poucas células reativas misturadas. Este tipo de linfoma ocorre com maior frequência em idosos que apresentam tumores de crescimento rápido, geralmente em uma ou ambas as pernas. It is composed of a generally monotonous proliferation of immunoblasts, or less frequently centroblasts, with few admixed reactive cells.
