+Um subtipo de linfoma de Hodgkin clássico caracterizado por faixas de colágeno ao redor dos nódulos linfóides. Os nódulos linfóides contêm células lacunares e de Reed-Sternberg. O envolvimento mediastinal ocorre em 80% dos pacientes. O prognóstico do linfoma de Hodgkin da esclerose nodular é ligeiramente melhor do que o da celularidade mista e do subtipo de depleção de linfócitos.

Mediastinal involvement occurs in 80% of patients. The prognosis of nodular sclerosis Hodgkin lymphoma is slightly better than that of mixed cellularity or lymphocyte depleted subtype.
