Neoplasia embrionária invasiva maligna originada do cerebelo. Ocorre predominantemente em crianças e tem tendência a metastatizar através das vias do líquido cefalorraquidiano. Os sinais e sintomas incluem ataxia troncular, distúrbio da marcha, letargia, cefaleia e vômitos. Existem quatro variantes histológicas: meduloblastoma anaplásico, meduloblastoma nodular/desmoplásico, meduloblastoma de células grandes e meduloblastoma com extensa nodularidade. | |||||||||||||||
