Adenocarcinoma endometrioide originando-se do ovário. Compreende de 10% a 25% de todos os carcinomas ovarianos primários. Grosseiramente, o carcinoma endometrioide pode se apresentar como uma massa cística ou sólida. Microscopicamente, o tumor se assemelha muito à aparência do tipo comum de adenocarcinoma endometrial. Como grupo, o carcinoma endometrioide tem um prognóstico duas vezes melhor do que o do carcinoma seroso ou mucinoso. | |||||||||||||||
