+Adenocarcinoma originando-se da vesícula biliar. É o tumor maligno mais comum da vesícula biliar, tipicamente no fundo; geralmente é bem a moderadamente diferenciado. A incidência é maior em pacientes com cálculos biliares do que em pacientes sem cálculos biliares. Sinais e sintomas geralmente se manifestam no final do curso da doença e lembram os da colecistite crônica, incluindo dor no quadrante superior direito. The incidence is higher in patients with gallstones than in patients without gallstones.
