+Doença causada por uma infecção por larvas de verme parasita, comumente Ancylostoma braziliense, A. caninum ou Uncinaria stenocephala. Esta doença é caracterizada por prurido intenso e lesões eritematosas e serpiginosas devido à migração de larvas do parasita na derme superior, onde as larvas penetram na pele. A transmissão ocorre por contato direto com larvas do solo ou areia contaminada com fezes de cachorro ou gato (por migração percutânea de larvas).
