+Doença da pele causada por uma infecção pelo fungo Lacazia loboi. Essa doença comumente se apresenta com nódulos dérmicos (lenticulares ou em placas), queloides, micoses subcutâneas ou tumores malignos. A transmissão é comumente por contato direto com água, solo ou vegetação contaminados, ou pode ser por contato direto com um golfinho infectado. A confirmação é feita pela identificação de Lacazia loboi em um exsudato de lesão ou amostra de tecido.
