Doença causada por uma infecção pelo vírus da doença de Ross River. Esta doença é caracterizada por artralgia, com ou sem artrite. Essa doença também pode se manifestar com febre, fadiga, cefaleia, glândulas inchadas, artralgia ou erupção maculopapular comumente afetando membros e troncos. A transmissão ocorre por meio da picada de um mosquito infectado. A confirmação é pela detecção de anticorpos IgM ou IgG anti-vírus da doença do Rio Ross em uma amostra de soro. | |||||||||||||||
