Infecção gonocócica disseminada ocorre quando há disseminação bacterêmica de Neisseria gonorrhoeae a partir de seu foco inicial de infecção, principalmente em órgãos pélvicos femininos. Manifesta-se com dor e edema ao redor de uma ou mais articulações, surgimento intermitente de pápulas eritematosas e pústulas nos membros, febre e calafrios.
