Whim syndrome is the acronym for Warts, Hypogammaglobulinemia, Infections, Myelokathexis. It is a genetic syndrome with dominant autosomal inheritance characterised by chronic neutropaenia associated with bone marrow hypercellularity (myelokathexis).
