A distonia cervical, também conhecida como torcicolo espasmódico, é uma distonia focal do pescoço. Pode resultar em uma variedade de posições anormais do pescoço. These consist of rotation (torticollis), extension (retrocollis), lateral tilt (laterocollis), or flexion (anterocollis). The movements may be sustained (tonic), jerky (clonic), or a combination, and may be associated with pain.
