Este diagnóstico deve ser dado independentemente da determinação exata do mecanismo de nocicepção. O diagnóstico da espondilose é baseado em exame clínico e/ou radiológico. This diagnosis should be given regardless of whether the exact mechanism of nociception can be determined. The diagnosis of spondylosis is based on clinical and/or radiological examination. The degree of spondylosis observed and the nature and severity of the pain may not be linearly related. The pain may be spontaneous or movement-induced. | |||||||||||||||
