A psoríase das palmas das mãos e plantas dos pés pode aparecer como vermelhidão e descamação confluentes, placas distintas, áreas descamativas/fissuradas mal definidas ou placas confluentes que se estendem aos punhos e às margens das plantas e calcanhares. Não raramente se estende para acometer as superfícies dorsais dos dedos e das mãos.
