Esta forma de granuloma anular tipicamente se manifesta como numerosas pequenas pápulas dérmicas cor da pele ou eritematosas assintomáticas, infiltradas mas pouco elevadas, no tronco e na região proximal dos membros. Estas tendem a estar dispostas em arcos ou anéis que podem coalescer à medida que crescem, deixando para trás uma coloração violácea na pele.
