+Ictiose paraneoplásica é uma forma de ictiose adquirida que se assemelha à ictiose vulgar autossômica dominante, mas se desenvolve na idade adulta em indivíduos com malignidade subjacente. Está fortemente associada ao linfoma de Hodgkin e pode ser o sinal de apresentação desta doença. Pode estar menos comumente associada a outras neoplasias linfoides ou a tumores sólidos.
