Dor musculoesquelética secundária crônica associada a alterações estruturais é uma dor crônica de mecanismo(s) desconhecido(s), que é atribuível a alterações anatômicas em articulação(ões), osso(s) ou tendão(ões). A alteração estrutural precisa ser inferida a partir de exame clínico e/ou demonstrável por exame de imagem. A dor pode ser espontânea ou induzida por movimento. É caracterizada por aspectos clínicos como inchaço, alodinia ou restrição de movimentos._x000D_ _x000D_ Critérios de Diagnóstico:_x000D_ _x000D_ As condições de A a D são preenchidas:_x000D_ _x000D_ A) Dor crônica (persistente ou recorrente por mais de 3 meses) em articulação(ões), osso(s) ou tendão(ões) está presente. The structural change needs to be inferred from clinical examination and/or demonstrable on imaging. The pain may be spontaneous or movement-induced. It is characterised by clinical features such as swelling, allodynia or restricted movement. Diagnostic Criteria: Conditions A to D are fulfilled: A) Chronic pain (persistent or recurrent for longer than 3 months) in joint(s), bone(s), or tendon(s) is present. The pain may be spontaneous or movement induced. B) At least one of the following fulfilled: B1) Swelling is present. B2) Allodynia over the part is present. C) The structural change is inferred from clinical examination or imaging. D) The pain is not better accounted for by another diagnosis of chronic pain. | |||||||||||||||
