Afecção da mama, caracterizada por secreção persistente e anormal de drenagem branca. Nas mulheres, as secreções ocorrem entre os intervalos de amamentação do recém-nascido ou do bebê, ou depois que o bebê parou de mamar. Em homens e crianças, essas secreções ocorrem espontaneamente. Esta afecção não está associada às mudanças fisiológicas como parte da gravidez, parto ou puerpério.
