Entidade bem estabelecida geralmente benigna e autolimitada que ocorre em homens sexualmente ativos e se apresenta com um espessamento semelhante a corda das veias penianas ou linfáticos localizados ao redor do sulco coronal ou, menos comumente, ao longo da veia dorsal do pênis. Raramente pode estar associado a traumatismo não sexual ou a estados hipercoaguláveis.
