A artrite relacionada à entesite é um tipo de artrite idiopática juvenil (AIJ) que representa a forma pediátrica da espondiloartropatia em adultos, mas difere desta porque as manifestações iniciais na infância são oligoartrite assimétrica de membros inferiores, associada à entesite. As manifestações axiais (envolvimento da articulação sacroilíaca) estão presentes em apenas 25% dos casos na fase inicial, mas se manifestam vários anos mais tarde no curso da doença. | |||||||||||||||
