Ataques recorrentes de sintomas vestibulares moderados a graves com duração de 5 minutos a 72 horas em pacientes com história pregressa ou contínua de enxaqueca. Os sintomas vestibulares geralmente são vertigem espontânea e posicional, vertigem visual e induzida por movimento da cabeça, assim como tontura induzida por movimento da cabeça com náusea. Crises de sintomas vestibulares podem ocorrer em conjunto ou independentemente de sintomas de enxaqueca como cefaleia, fotofobia, fonofobia ou aura visual.

Recurrent attacks of moderate to severe vestibular symptoms lasting from 5 minutes to 72 hours in patients with a past or ongoing history of migraine headaches. Vestibular symptoms are usually spontaneous and positional vertigo, head motion-induced and visual vertigo as well as head motion-induced dizziness with nausea. Attacks of vestibular symptoms may occur together or independently of migraine symptoms like headache, photophobia, phonophobia or visual aura.
