Transtorno parafílico envolvendo comportamento solitário ou com indivíduos que consentiram é caracterizado por um padrão persistente e intenso de excitação sexual atípica, manifestada por pensamentos, fantasias, impulsos ou comportamentos sexuais - que envolve adultos que consentiram ou comportamentos solitários. Paraphilic disorder involving solitary behaviour or consenting individuals is characterised by a persistent and intense pattern of atypical sexual arousal — manifested by sexual thoughts, fantasies, urges, or behaviours — that involves consenting adults or solitary behaviours.
