Linfoma indolente de células B de baixo grau, geralmente associado à infecção por Helicobacter pylori. Morfologicamente, é caracterizado por um infiltrado linfocítico atípico da mucosa densa (células semelhantes a centrócitos) com lesões linfoepiteliais frequentemente proeminentes e diferenciação plasmocítica. Alguns dos linfomas MALT gástricos são portadores de t(11; 18) (q21; q21). Esses casos são resistentes ao tratamento do Helicobacter pylori. | |||||||||||||||
